Welcome to Chakra Mastery – a guided 12-session journey of energetic exploration and embodiment. All sessions are delivered online. Please ensure you participate from a safe and supportive environment free from hazards or distractions. Some practices may involve light movement, breathwork, energy work, or emotional processing, which can bring forward physical sensations, energy shifts, or emotional release. Your health and wellbeing are your responsibility, and it is recommended you seek medical or therapeutic advice if needed before engaging with the practices.
Live session dates are scheduled in advance but may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, replays or rescheduled sessions will be provided wherever possible. Technical issues can sometimes occur; if they do, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.
